Digital lender joins Nectar’s lending panel

by Adrian Suljanovic8 minute read

WLTH has entered a new partnership with the broking franchise, expanding its broker network and product suite to over 110 brokers.

Digital lender WLTH has partnered with Nectar Mortgages, giving its brokers access to its mortgage products and its WLTH Broker Portal, which includes the latest product updates, offers, and announcements.

Every loan settled via Nectar’s broker network will also contribute towards ocean clean-ups as every loan settled will fund the clean-up of 50 sqm of Australian coastline.

According to the lender, the partnership will also benefit Nectar Mortgages, as it will enable its network to access faster loan processing and approvals via its digital loans.

Chief executive and co-founder of WLTH, Brodie Haupt, said due to interest rates being the highest in over a decade, Australians are focused on “securing the best home loans and are constantly searching for better deals”.

“As interest rates are steadily rising, more homeowners and potential buyers are looking for help from qualified experts to lock in better deals.

"We are thrilled to partner with Nectar to deliver quality mortgage broking services to consumers,” Mr Haupt stated.

Commenting on the ocean clean-ups, Mr Haupt said that the new generation of home owners in Australia is “more aware about how their financial choices affect the environment”.

“We’re paving the way for those who are looking to make a positive impact with their mortgage without compromising on their budget — and the clean-up of the Australian coastline is a great way to start” Mr Haupt added.

“We are proud to continue as industry disruptors and provide a smarter alternative for homeowners who want to reach their goals in a more sustainable way.”

Nectar Mortgages general manager, Stephen Harris, commented: “Our partnership with WLTH strengthens Nectar’s offering to residential and commercial lending clients by providing additional solutions to meet their constantly evolving financial requirements.

“We take our corporate responsibility seriously and already support a fantastic charity, Children’s Cancer Institute. It’s great to add a like-minded lender to our panel, creating further opportunities for our clients to select a home loan that makes a positive impact on the planet”.

The WLTH partnership marks the second tech collaboration for the brokerage following its partnership with Joust.com.au in November 2022.
