Accendo Financial, a leading name in broker skills based training, has unveiled its groundbreaking subscription education platform, SME Broker Advantage.
SME Broker Advantage, aimed at empowering brokers to master SME finance at their own pace has been launched by Accendo Financial.
Over the past three years, Accendo Financial has dedicated itself to developing and delivering short courses and mentoring programs that provide brokers with in-depth insights into SME clients and the intricacies of SME finance. The creation of SME Broker Advantage was born out of the need to cater to brokers' preferences for flexible and convenient learning.
Trent Carter, Partner at Accendo Financial, explained,
"We listened to what brokers were telling us, and overwhelmingly, they expressed a desire to upskill in the SME world while seamlessly integrating it with their current business. So, we took this feedback to heart and developed the new SME Broker Advantage program, consisting of 24 monthly modules, each never exceeding 45 minutes."
These modules are accessible through Accendo's user-friendly online learning platform, allowing brokers to access educational content on demand, fitting it into their busy schedules.
John Sgambelluri, Partner at Accendo Financial, emphasized the importance of accommodating brokers' busy lives, stating, "Brokers are busy; we get that. While we'd love for everyone to learn live with us, we understand it's not always feasible. Being able to pick up a learning module when it suits them is crucial to them."
In addition to the monthly online modules, SME Broker Advantage offers templates, downloads, and tools to aid brokers in their journey, as well as a offering brokers a community to be engaged with.
Trent Carter emphasized the importance of building a community of like-minded brokers, saying, "Being a broker can be a solitary profession, especially for those who are self-employed. Diversification presents its challenges, so while the program is on-demand, we wanted to give brokers the opportunity to meet monthly in an online forum."
The live monthly Q&A sessions will provide a valuable platform to address common questions in real-time and feature relevant industry partners and guest speakers. This community aspect is intended to extend far beyond the program's 24-month duration.
SME Broker Advantage officially launched on October 1, 2023. The program is priced at $47 per month, new subscribers receive the first two months free.
