The non-bank lender has welcomed a new member to its executive team as it appoints a new GM of credit risk.
Thinktank has appointed Nathan McMullen as the new general manager credit risk, reporting directly to chief executive Jonathan Street.

Mr McMullen has more than 25 years of deep experience in retail banking, having specialised in transforming businesses through leadership across roles in product, digital transformation, and risk.
He was most recently at Great Southern Bank, where he served as the product lead for home lending, overseeing the bank’s mortgages portfolio. He has also previously held the position of head of product and growth, mortgages at ING, where he led the core mortgages product team with a focus on acquisition performance, financial oversight, credit risk appetite, and decision automation.
Prior to this, he spent 14 years within the Westpac Group, holding various leadership roles – including head of portfolio and servicing, mortgages; head of home ownership for regional and retail brands; and head of product and digital for RAMS.
His appointment is effective immediately.
