Brooks joined the Australian arm of the international invoice finance lender in January this year in a project delivery role as senior delivery manager.
She previously served as the former national partnerships manager at small- to medium-sized enterprise (SME) lender Earlypay and was formerly the head of third party at non-bank Lend Capital. The new head of customer and partnerships has also served as the national business development manager for lender Business Fuel.
Brooks, who began her new position this month, is the first head of customer and partnerships to be appointed at TP24 and will lead the customer management team and manage the lender’s portfolio.
Speaking with The Adviser about what attracted her to TP24, Brooks said: “TP24’s unwavering commitment to being customer and people-centric resonated deeply with me. The company’s dedication to putting customers and employees at the forefront of its operations is evident in every aspect of its business.
“TP24’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence creates an environment where individuals thrive, ideas flourish, and success is celebrated collectively.
“This holistic approach to business, coupled with its relentless pursuit of growth and impact, made TP24 an irresistible choice for me to join and contribute to its journey of transformation and success.”
Brooks told The Adviser that she hoped to solidify TP24’s position in the industry. She said: “In leading TP24’s partnership strategy, I will ensure that collaborations deliver mutual benefits for all parties involved, solidifying TP24’s position as a leader in the industry.
“In addition to shaping customer management strategies to expand service delivery, manage portfolio risk, and achieve revenue targets, I will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the portfolio, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that drive strategic decision making.”
TP24 expands sales team
TP24 has also appointed Alex Mavi and Ben Blacker as sales executives to its team.
Mavi will join its NSW team, adding “substantial depth” to the company’s operations in the state, according to the lender. Mavi was previously the business banking manager for Westpac and relationship manager at non-bank Finstro.
Blacker has joined the lender’s Brisbane team focusing on providing flexible credit solutions to SMEs. He has owned a consulting firm, Blacker Consulting, and has served as the state manager for Queensland at aggregator Optimise Finance. He was also a senior business development manager with non-bank Moneytech.
Adam Lane, managing director at TP24, said: “It’s a year of scale for TP24. This year is all about getting out there in market and having lots of great conversations with commercial brokers to see if we can help their customers.”
