A new chief executive has been appointed at Bellator Group Australia, the parent company of business lending brand ODIN.
Bellator Group Australia – the parent company of business lending brands ODIN Business Lending, ODIN Asset Finance, and Bizchain – has appointed Astrid Nottmeier as the group’s CEO.

Nottmeier was formerly the chief operating officer of ODIN and had previously served as the second in command for finance and insurance at car dealership Peter Warren Automotive. She has also previously been the general manager of finance and insurance and an executive board member at automotive group Trivett.
She began her new role as group CEO on 16 April.
Commenting on the approach that she would take as CEO, Nottmeier said that “investing in human capital [was] paramount” and would be committed to creating a culture of “continuous learning”.
She continued: “In our pursuit of excellence, we aim to be a model of collaboration – a valued partner for all stakeholders.”
The CEO said that ODIN was committed to its customer-oriented approach: “Our raison d'être is to serve as a trusted custodian of financial prosperity, building profound trust and delivering bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.”
Speaking on Bellator Group’s mission, Nottmeier added: “Our mission isn’t just about delivering products or services – it’s about making a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers, partners, and communities.
“Every decision we make, every action we take, should and will be guided by our unwavering dedication to creating value and driving positive change.”
The new CEO continued that ODIN would continue to follow its core values that are “empower, partner, innovate, and thrive”.
Speaking on how the lender would incorporate its values, Nottmeier said: “They are more than just words on a page; they are the guiding principles that shape our culture and define our identity as a company. We will never lose sight of the importance of upholding these values in every interaction, both internally and externally "
