Assetline Capital strengthens Victoria team

by Adrian Suljanovic5 minute read

The non-bank lender has announced its latest appointment to its Victorian sales team.

Non-bank lender Assetline Capital has welcomed Rose Natoli to its Victoria sales team. Natoli joined the lender’s Victorian team the week commencing 3 June 2024.

According to the lender, Natoli’s goal is to provide an “experienced point of contact for faster and easier approvals for brokers and their customers.

Prior to joining Assetline Capital, Natoli held the role of senior home lending specialist for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) following a tenure with Citi as a business development manager (BDM) for over a decade.

Prior to this, Natoli held the role of mobile lending manager at CBA for just under seven years.

Commenting on her joining the lender, Assetline Capital’s national head of sales and distribution Royden D’Vaz said: “Rose is an exceptional addition to our team in Victoria.

“Having worked in the third-party lending space for two decades, she brings an elevated understanding of the needs of brokers and their clients.”

The non-bank lender stated that this latest addition to the Victorian sales team reinforces its ongoing focus on delivering short- and long-term lending solutions to Australian borrowers.

On her appointment, Natoli said: “I’m thrilled to join the team at Assetline and work with such a skilled group of people where I can develop and further my skills as a business development manager in the third-party space.”

Recent appointments

In April, Assetline Capital welcomed Celia Li to the NSW sales team.

Li, who took on the new role in March, has experience working as a BDM and RSM across the lending space, having worked at non-bank lender Prime Capital, as a relationship manager at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and as a business banker with National Australia Bank.

According to Assetline Capital, Li specialises in the Chinese-speaking broker community in metro and non-metro locations throughout NSW, providing support in identifying new opportunities with brokers and aggregators.

This followed the lender appointing former broker Laura Stanley as a BDM in NSW earlier in 2024, as well as the launch of its Alt Doc Construction product.

D’Vaz said: “Developing our sales team across the states have been a core focus of Assetline Capital this year. We have an incredibly experienced team of BDMs and State Managers across the country to cater to our full broker network.”
