Hadlow, who started in the role on 30 September, boasts more than 15 years of commercial finance experience, including nine years at major bank ANZ and six at non-bank Thinktank.
In the announcement, Better Choice highlighted her “proven track record” with the third-party channel, deep understanding of commercial lending, and significant impact in “helping brokers grow their businesses through strategic education and diversification”.
Hadlow’s appointment follows a targeted focus from the non-bank on its commercial product range, including rate reduction and application fee waivers across select commercial products.
Paul Bakker, Better Choice Home Loans national manager of sales and strategic partnerships, heralded Hadlow’s extensive experience in and in-depth understanding of the commercial segment.
“We are delighted to welcome Robyn to the team. Her experience, passion for relationship building, and her commitment to brokers’ success align perfectly with our mission to deliver exceptional lending solutions to commercial brokers,” Bakker said.
“Robyn’s collaborative approach and forward-thinking mindset will be invaluable as we continue to expand our commercial division.
“In her new role, Robyn will be spearheading initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s presence in the commercial sector and providing tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of business clients across Australia.
“Her exceptional leadership and in-depth understanding of the commercial lending landscape will be integral in fostering strong relationships with brokers and business partners while continuing to deliver excellent service to our clients.”
Hadlow also indicated that she was pleased to join Better Choice.
“I’m thrilled to join Better Choice Home Loans and to work with such a dynamic team,” she said.
“I look forward to partnering with brokers to help them diversify and grow their businesses while delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients.”
