The Adviser has launched its 2025 Broker Product of Choice: Non-Banks survey and is calling on brokers across Australia to have their say.
With product innovation and competition among lenders showing no signs of slowing down, The Adviser is on the hunt for the best lending products in market from the non-bank lenders.
Commissioned by The Adviser and distributed via Broker Pulse, the survey invites mortgage and finance brokers to share their insights on which non-bank lenders are delivering the best products across a range of key loan segments.
From SME and investor loans to equipment finance and specialist lending, brokers are being asked to rank up to three leading non-bank lenders per category based on product quality and suitability for borrowers.
The annual poll aims to highlight which lenders are setting the benchmark in product delivery across 12 categories, including:

Results will be published in the June edition of The Adviser magazine, offering brokers valuable peer-to-peer insights into who’s delivering standout products in the non-bank space.
Commenting on the launch, The Adviser’s managing editor Annie Kane said: “Great products drive great outcomes for clients. This poll gives brokers a chance to celebrate the lenders who are getting it right, and share their knowledge with the wider broking community.
“Non-bank lenders play an important role in supporting Australian borrowers, and we want to recognise the lenders that are helping brokers deliver more value through product excellence.”
The survey is completely anonymous and responses will be aggregated to ensure an accurate and fair representation of broker sentiment.
It takes just three minutes to complete and all participants will go in the draw to win a $500 Visa gift card.
