The Adviser strengthens offering with TouchPoint

Sterling Publishing, publisher of The Adviser, has today acquired leading industry newsletter and content service provider TouchPoint.

TouchPoint, established in 2007, delivers off-the-shelf newsletter and content solutions for mortgage and finance brokers.

The individually branded broker newsletters reach thousands of Australians each month via brokers and brokerage groups that subscribe to the service.

According to Alex Whitlock, Sterling Publishing group publisher, the acquisition of TouchPoint will make a valuable service available to The Adviser readers.

“We can now offer our readers a cost-effective and simple client retention solution in the form of a tailored monthly client e-newsletter as well as off-the-shelf articles.”

“Not only will this help brokers retain more clients, it will also help ensure that the broker remains top of mind when the customer is ready to make further decisions around their mortgage and debt requirements."

TouchPoint offers brokers electronic newsletters from $149 per month. Each newsletter is tailored to reflect the broker’s branding and business.

“Every broker should have their own client newsletter – it’s a basic essential in keeping in close contact with clients,” Mr Whitlock said.

“We are pleased that we can now make sure that our readers have access to one of the leading client retention products on the market.”
