Earlier today, the lender appointed Farand Shoaei to the position of Business Development Manager.
Mr Shoaei rejoins the team after leaving the bank in 2008 to take on the role of BDM at St George.
Macquarie’s national head of sales Doug Lee welcomed Mr Shoaei back to the business and said it was great to have him back on board.
“Farand is well respected in the Victorian mortgage industry and he knows both Macquarie and Victorian brokers well. I have no doubt that Farand will be a real asset to our team in Victoria, continuing to deliver on our commitment to exceptional service standards,” he said.
Mr Shoaei said he was excited to rejoin Macquarie and was attracted to the fresh approach that the business provides to brokers.
“Macquarie’s fresh approach to service and tailored solutions is what really sets it apart. Macquarie’s business development managers are well respected for their in-depth knowledge of what brokers and their clients not only want, but need, and this has contributed to the high service standards associated with Macquarie. I am delighted to be back with Macquarie and part of this great team.”
