InTouch chief executive Paul Ryan said the lender would today open branches in Port Stephens and Albury in NSW as well as Cobram in Victoria.
"Intouch’s vision is to become the preeminent financial services provider for rural and regional Australia and we are delighted to have three high quality professionals join the intouch team,” Mr Ryan said.
“Each of the principals have lived and worked in their local communities for many years. They know the needs and the challenges of their community and are really looking forward to providing alternative finance options to the mainstream banks.”
Mr Ryan said he saw opportunity to open up shop in areas that are often forgotten by other lenders.
“With 14 of our 25 local principals now operating in rural and regional Australia we are determined to extend our reach even further – it is time rural and regional communities had better access to financial services,” he said.
