Yesterday Sintex announced the appointments as part of its plan to engage traditional mortgage brokers and bring them into the commercial market.
Jaci Smith joins the team as BDM for NSW and comes to Sintex with seven years industry experience, including business development in third party, finance broking and most recently as a training and support manager with a national franchise environment.
In addition, Sintex appointed credit analyst, Jehan Abay, who brings to the team extensive underwriting experience and product knowledge, with more than 10 years experience within financial services and banking.
Mr Abay has worked for banks, in financial markets and financial institutions within securitization.
The appointments come as Sintex is finalising preparations to launch a new promotional product in the commercial space with details of a competitively priced full doc product to be announced later this week.
