Competition will be strong, with brokers and broker groups across the country vying for top honours across 16 categories – including the coveted Broker of the Year, according to The Adviser publisher Jim Hall.
“The industry is evolving rapidly and it’s essential to recognise the individuals and groups driving the growth and expansion.
“The Australian Broking Awards are the industry benchmark for professionalism, dedication and business success. They’re an important accolade for high-performing groups and I expect stiff competition considering the level of engagement of last year’s inaugural event.
The awards, partnered by the Commonwealth Bank, engage a robust judging methodology that includes a number of stages.
As a first step, brokers and broker groups that want to participate in this year’s awards need to lodge their submission by April 6 2012.
Groups and brokers can nominate themselves; alternatively third parties can nominate businesses or groups.
