Speaking about the Club, RAMS’ head of franchising Huw Bough said the “Macarthur Club’’ was established to recognise consistent top performance and reward franchisees who have contributed significantly to the success of RAMS.
In the pioneering and entrepreneurial spirit of John Macarthur who helped grow the Australian economy in the early years, to qualify for exclusive membership, franchisees must have established very successful businesses, exceeding loan book size criteria and key performance hurdles.
“We are very proud to welcome three franchisees who have excelled in all areas of the qualifying criteria to become the very first members of the John Macarthur Club,” Mr Bough said.
“These franchisees are exceptional role models within the mortgage profession by seeking to always put the customer first, striving for continual improvement, being an advocate for the industry and a good corporate citizen,” Mr Bough said.
The three 2012 inaugural inductees include: Grant Jacques, Levent Ince, and Avinder Paul.
“Apart from their outstanding achievements to qualify for the Club, they are three high quality ambassadors for the business and the perfect members to commence the John Macarthur Club legacy,” Mr Bough said.
