Pepper has today launched a new campaign that aims to support brokers by helping them build their brand.

The Brand Hand offers brokers the chance to accumulate points through settled loans, which can be redeemed on a variety of business and marketing ‘tools’ designed specifically to help enhance their current business offering.
Brokers can choose from a range of ‘tools’ most relevant to their needs, including advertising, industry subscriptions and professional training courses.
Points are also awarded to brokers who exhibit best practice standards when submitting applications.
Pepper has always been a huge advocate of the broker channel,” Pepper’s director of sales and distribution Mario Rehayem said.
“We work closely with brokers when we develop our products. We listen and we aim to be responsive and relevant in what we offer. This year we are putting our money where our mouth is by directly supporting our brokers’ businesses. We are really proud of how we’ve built the Pepper brand and we want to support the brokers that support us, by helping them grow their brands. ”
The Brand Hand is the first of a number of initiatives from Pepper in 2013, designed to underpin the business growth of its broker partners.
Later in the year, Pepper will host a series of national seminars and workshops focused on business development.
To be held in every state, the events will focus on developing the professional skills of mortgage brokers.
“Our home loan products enable brokers to improve their conversion rate and build better, stronger businesses by satisfying a wide variety of borrowers excluded from using traditional lenders,” he said.
"This campaign offers additional support to quality brokers”.
