“Suncorp Bank consistently ranks ahead of the majors in terms of customer satisfaction with our personal and business banking customers, and especially with our home loan customers,” Mr Heavey said.
“According to Roy Morgan’s latest report, Suncorp not only out-performed the big four by 11 per cent in terms of home loan customer satisfaction levels, but we also increased our own performance by almost 5 percent on last year, which is something we’re particularly proud of.
“The investment we’ve made in the third party distribution channel to improve our broker proposition and the experience of broker-introduced customers has significantly contributed to these results.”
Mr Heavey said he was proud that the bank was regarded as a top alternative to the majors.
“This award demonstrates that Suncorp Bank has truly established itself as the genuine alternative to the major banks and a leader amongst our regional peers.” he said.
