Bank launches new product promotions

In a bid to build on the momentum created by its recent product enhancements, one lender has launched two new promotions.

ING DIRECT has announced plans to waive its Fixed Rate application and SmartPack fees for new loan applications unconditionally approved between 28 June 2013 and 30 September 2013.

In addition, the lender will waive the annual fee on its Orange Advantage product for the first year for loans unconditionally approved in the same period.

ING DIRECT’s head of third party distribution, Mark Woolnough, said he was hopeful the new promotions would show brokers and borrowers that the lender has a strong appetite for growth.

“Together with our competitive interest rates, brokers have even more reason to explore ING DIRECT as a great overall proposition for potential customers,” he said.

“This represents a clear message that we have an appetite for growth, with the broker channel at the centre of that growth.”.
