LJ Hooker Home Loans has announced the appointment of a specialist recruitment manager.
Rebecca Tait joins the team after working for Mortgage Choice as its business development specialist in franchise recruitment for two-and-a-half years.

Ms Tait brings over 15 years’ experience working in sales and business management and will focus on streamlining business systems, processes and procedures.
LJ Hooker Home Loans head, Paul O’Regan welcomed Ms Tait to the network and said the appointment represented the start of an extensive expansion plan.
“We are pleased to have Rebecca on the LJ Hooker Home Loans team,” he said. “She brings with her a wealth of knowledge around business management and digital marketing that our lending specialists and new recruits will thrive under.”
The group noted that Ms Tait has extensive knowledge in social selling strategies within financial services, including lead generation through social media platforms.
“Social media is a critical part of any business moving forward as customers are now digital natives,” Ms Tait said. “Social media is not just about the ROI, it is about the COI – cost of inaction – if you don’t have a strong digital footprint then you are missing out because your competitors certainly will have.”
Ms Tait said she plans to “hit the ground running” in her new role and is already in talks with a number of top lending specialists across Australia.
“As a lending specialist, it is really hard to take your business to the next level without the strength of a well-known and trusted brand,” she said.
“I love that we are partnered with such an iconic real estate business which will provide our property lending specialists with access to the booming real estate network.”
