Barry Plant Financial Services (BPFS), the broking arm of real estate network Barry Plant Group, has unveiled a new brand that aims to better represent its commitment to clients.

“When people start a new chapter in their lives, such as buying a new house or car, or starting a family, that usually involves a close look at their finances and options,” Barry Plant Group CEO Mike McCarthy said.
“BPFS was always about providing financial services to help clients through their life’s chapters, but we wanted a brand that demonstrated we are here for our clients through every chapter of their lives.”
Barry Plant introduced the broking arm in 2013, with the model built on embedding finance brokers in its real estate offices and providing an additional finance service to real estate clients.
While BPFS initially concentrated on mortgages, it has since branched out into a full suite of finance solutions.
“When we first established our broking service, we felt it was important that people knew we were associated with the long-established and well-respected Barry Plant name,” Chapter Financial Group general manager David Hyde said.
“Three years on, our financial services business is well-established and widely recognised, so now we are taking our brand and services to the next level and, as we start this new chapter, we felt a new independent identity was needed.
“We want to position Chapter Financial Group as a vehicle that attracts new customers to the Barry Plant offices and retains them for life.”
BPFS’ Broker of the Year for 2015 Joseph Yusi said he was excited about what the rebrand would bring to the broking firm.
“The new identity opens up so many opportunities for us,” Mr Yusi said.
“I believe it has the potential to make our services more appealing and accessible to all home buyers, and we are all looking forward to widening our client network.”
