In his exclusive address, Alcott will share his storied career as an Australian tennis player and how he has built a personal brand around authenticity and advocacy, securing his place as one of the nation’s most recognised media personalities and respected disability advocates.
His strategies on brand building and advocacy will demonstrate how brokers can utilise a strong professional brand to rise above the competition in an increasingly crowded arena.
Attendees will not only leave inspired by Alcott’s story of growth and resilience, but will be empowered with firsthand insights on what it takes to build a brand that resonates with Australians.
Beyond his sporting accolades, Alcott has also achieved success in advocacy and business.
In 2017, he launched the Dylan Alcott Foundation, which provides grants, scholarships, and mentoring to young Australians with disability to eliminate barriers to entry across sports, study, training, employment, and business ownership.
Alcott has also been involved in other advocacy projects such as co-founding consultancy firm, Get Skilled Access, as well as founding The Field Jobs – a dedicated platform to establish pathways between jobseekers with a disability and employers.
Drawing on his depth of personal and professional experience, Alcott will inspire brokers to elevate their careers to new heights.
