The platform allows experts, including mortgage and finance brokers, to answer consumers’ questions, while showcasing a profile of their business and expertise, and generate new business.
Over 400 industry experts have joined simplyaskit since the beginning of the year and it has recently welcomed Steve Weston to its advisory board.
Previously the general manager of broker platforms for NAB and head of mortgages and lending at Barclays Bank in London, Mr Weston returned to Australia this month to advise a small number of businesses both in Australia and internationally.
In joining the simplyaskit advisory board Mr Weston commented: “For too long, consumers have struggled to find credible answers to questions they have had relating to their financial wellbeing.”
“It also provides a terrific avenue for industry experts to answer questions from consumers and to build their profiles and brands,” he elaborated.
Commenting on the appointment, Mr Ryan said: “Consumers want experts to be genuine, reliable and trustworthy and having someone with Steve’s experience and integrity on-board, should give consumers confidence that they will have access to the right advice and expertise.”
