Loan Market Victoria’s recently appointed associate director says he is determined to release the untapped potential of the group’s relationship with real estate giant Ray White.
Chris Angus said Loan Market has a comprehensive branding solution and a clear focus on digital marketing, as well as “unrealised opportunities” with Ray White.

“Loan Market has gone through a renaissance and that’s what’s so exciting. Across the group, there’s a real appetite for the business to evolve, grow and improve,” he said.
With a background in financial services and mortgage broking, Mr Angus began working with online lead generation models during the GFC and identified a niche in positioning brands in new markets.
In addition to the branded broker group’s relationship with Ray White, Mr Angus noted that Loan Market’s investment in the digital space provides a platform for modern brokers.
“To give our franchisees the ability to have standalone cut-through to online consumers via hyperlocal content on their webpages and ensure all the SEO work is done for them, including key wording and [Google] AdWords campaigns, is really the Holy Grail in my mind.”
Having joined Loan Market Victoria as associate director in May this year, Mr Angus said he is treating each franchise business as a growing start-up company with the aim to enable them to discover the internal tools and opportunities that position their franchise at the forefront.
